Step Number 3: Local Gyms

Step Number 3:

For the rest of September we will be doing ball handling only. Hopefully you have begun to practice the body circle warm up and get use to the feel of the ball. Now it is time to upgrade to a new drill. Two ball dribbling is a great way to kill two birds with one stone. Two ball dribbling allows you to work on your right and left hand simultaneously. To execute this drill all you need is two basketballs. Two ball dribbling is a great drill because it is many facets to it so you're not just limiting yourself. One recommendation would be to get on a actual basketball court for this. Here is a good local place in the Topeka area below!
